Our Saint Thirumoolar tells us what benefits we get when we control our mind away from worldly pleasures and direct it towards the lord. He also explains the temporary nature of the human body and advises us to make the best efforts to go forward in our spiritual journey while the body is still fit and healthy. As the old adage says “spray your seeds when the wind is blowing”.
